Dollar estimates shown in the dashboard (gap cost estimates, potential recovery ranges) are directional approximations based on industry research data. Access to the Profit Dashboard requires an account created through the Profit Scan submission process. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@redgreyhq.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
You may not share your account credentials with others or allow others to access the dashboard using your credentials.
You retain ownership of the information you submit through our Services, including your Profit Scan responses. By submitting information, you grant Red Grey Solutions a limited license to store, process, and display that information for the purpose of providing the Services to you, and to include your anonymized scores in aggregate industry benchmark calculations as described in our Privacy Policy.
You can request deletion of your data at any time by contacting support@redgreyhq.com.
Red Grey Solutions owns all rights to the platform, methodology, assessment framework, scoring system, benchmark data, and all content on our website and dashboard. This includes the 14-discipline Profit Scan framework, the scoring methodology, the gap analysis language, and the industry benchmark dataset.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission. You may share your own Profit Scan results for your personal or business use.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, RED GREY SOLUTIONS AND ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, AND CONTRACTORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES OR RELIANCE ON ANY CONTENT OR OUTPUTS FROM THE PLATFORM, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO RED GREY SOLUTIONS IN THE THREE MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CLAIM.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Services shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Ada County, Idaho, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes by email. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
